Diamond Peak Advisors is a leadership and strategic consulting practice founded by Lawrence Pentis in 2012.  Larry is a strategic consultant and Executive Coach with over 20 years of senior leadership experience at the C-level.  His career includes stints as the CEO of a 1800 employee, $1 billion insurer and as the CEO of a start-up.  Larry has worn many hats including attorney, investment director, CFO, strategist, and vision and values leader.  He has significant experience in M&A including the creation of AAA Life Insurance Co.  He chaired the Board of this entity as well as other entities.  He has lead acquisition acquisition and integration teams.  Larry is well known for successful business turnarounds and cultural transformations.  He strongly believes in the link between values, behaviors and ultimately organizational success. During his career, Larry has had a passion for coaching and mentoring.  He takes pride in having coached several individuals to become effective leaders in C-level positions.  Larry’s coaching style combines excellent data, deep conversations and his substantial leadership and operational experience.
